To the last reviewer.

I have no idea why you people (by "you people" I mean Christians/Catholics/believers who might be discouraged by the subject matter of the preceeding movie) actually watched this movie, took time to complain and lower its score when it's ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, that you were going to be offended by it.

Why do you insist on doing this, I ask? Cynicism? Oh please. Do you think that "cynicism" is a term best reserved for people like Mel Gibson who have the audacity to claim that their work isn't inspired on things like anti-semitism and go and release a movie with other things in mind than "spreading a message of love" (in other words, MONEY)?

You are only enforcing a stereotype by reviewing this movie. You fell prey to your own so called gripe. I've seen many, many people just like you "Julian12345" post and complain and give low scores (not to mention flame, flame, flame) to movies like this, that... whether tasteless or crude (things I do not think this movie employs in its totality) are funny and are just there to make you laugh and not take things so seriously.

I hope you read this and make sure you don't commit the same mistake on future submissions regarding this subject matter... I truly hope so, because I am planning to release a comedic movie based on religion.

Very funny, but an average presentation.

Very funny. Great jokes were written, this was a LOT funnier than "The Matrix Has You". But... the presentation was off.

The lip sync was horrible. It was like one of those Japanese animes that are badly translated.

The photo backgrounds looked good but were too pixelated at times. The sound recording was bad too.

The way you philosophized about the Matrix was really good. Relating it to the Judeo-Christian faith was very logical, I had thought about that too.

Anyway, nevermind that. It was a good movie, you just needed to work a bit more on the presentation. It also kind've losed the funny at the end and focused too much on the philosphization and became long-winded.

Nonetheless, good effort!

That was great.

Entertaining story that didn't need that much dialogue. Really great animation, a lot of time was spent on this. Kudos, just kudos.

Powerful.

Real powerful stuff. I especially liked the Tool part. That song is so unintentionally funny. Anyway, I thought it was slow in some parts, but otherwise... it did great.

Now THAT was great.

Excellent work guys. Everything worked flawlessly from the idea, to the comedy, to the presentation, to (of course, the most important one) the execution.

This is a classic. You guys seriously should've written your OWN script for "Chateau" instead of letting LF "supervise" :P.

You did a great job pointing out how watered down gaming has gotten in the past few years.

Great job guys. Good luck on your next piece of work.

Excellent idea, average execution.

Let me get this out of the way first, the animation in these movies was superb. But what else should we the public have expected? This is a collaboration between many of the marquee names here on Newgrounds. The loading menus, the intros, the few but neat extras, all really nice touches to a collection of animations that had a great presentation.

The bread and butter of these movies was supposed to be comedy and parody. This is where the movies falter. Badly. They're simply not funny. I chuckled once, maybe twice the whole time. I'm not trying to pick at these movies and be insulting, it's just something I noticed and hope can help in future collaborations of this magnitude.

Also, the voicing was a little sketchy in some pieces, which brought down the presentation of the whole project.

At times, the whole movies relied not on the Matrix... but rather for fans of the flash artists to recognize the self-fodder and cameos by distinct characters, quotes by the characters, or just pictures and graphic material like the posters in the "Chateau" piece.

You guys might as well be professional animators, but next time you want to do a massive undertaking like this, better get help from some would-be professional writers as well.

Good luck to all of you with future movies! :)

Speechless.

This is what a flash parody should always bow down to and hope it's half as good as that particular parody. This is just amazing.

DEAR GOD, HIRE SOME WRITERS!

...And some voice actors. I'm getting tired of listening to you fruits voice act for about 20 characters each. :P

Nonetheless, greatly animated movie. The story was okay, but I feel that you guys need someone to write for you. It's just not that cool. I'm sorry to say I've never been such a huge fan of PK, but it deserves cred for its continuity and its great animation.

By the way guys, spell check. Please. Just... just... I mean, "rondevous" got mixed up with rendeview? What the hell is that?!

I... can't... wait

I'm proud to say I know this guy. I'm also confident in saying that this movie will kick ass.

Mav, we're proud of you bro. Rock on.

MetalMaverick responds:

Excuse me? Do I know you?
...just kidding. Thanks for the review buddy.
